DESCRIPTION:Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm is again celebrating its lavender harvest with an exciting festival on Sunday 8th of January. Visitors are welcome to learn about the lavender process from cutting in the field to watching the flowers being distilled for their precious essential oil. \nDaylesford Cider will be talking to guests about the heritage apple varieties they use to make Daylesford Cider\, the techniques and processes involved in cider making and answering any questions. There will also be the opportunity to sample some heritage apples on the day! \nIt will be a day filled with song\, dance and great food.
