The group are led by pit master Liam who is a member of the highly successful Australian competition team ‘The Smoking Joint’. TSJ recently competed against the best in the world of bbq and won one of the categories at the Jack Daniels World BBQ Championships with a perfect score. These guys are pretty serious about smoked meats. Dinner is a tray of smoked delights including melt in your mouth pulled lamb\, chicken\, bread roll\, corn & slaw. Vegetarian alternative & gluten free available\, please advise of requirements during checkout. Kids dinner is pulled lamb sliders\, corn & slaw with a non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider.\n\n\n \n\n\nIncluded in the adult ticket price is a pint of Daylesford Cider & live music for the evening by the fabulous Mandy Connell Trio. With acclaim throughout the folk scene\, Mandy Connell brings song-writing excellence\, beautiful lyrics with harmonies and time signatures as fluid as the melodies themselves.\n\n\n \n\n\nYou can either choose to eat at the earlier service of 6pm\, or the later one of 7pm.
