The use of heritage cider apples in this blend result in a cider with pleasant soft tannins, a medium palate and lovely finish. This is a gently carbonated cider, and would be a beautiful accompaniment to lunch on a hot summer’s day.

Wild Oak

This cider was fermented using the naturally occurring yeast strains on the skin of the apple, then aged for a couple months with oak.
Expect a full bodied cider with good length and tannin structure enhanced by the oak characteristics. This cider finishes medium to dry and is an excellent accompaniment to food.
This blend has picked up a number of awards over the years including Gold Medal and Best Traditional Cider Trophy.5.5%
