Handcrafted using a range of our organically grown heritage varieties, this dry cider has a lovely balance of tannins, bitterness & acidity, resulting in a lasting palate with great mouthfeel.
A fantastic alternative to sparkling wine, perfect to toast with at your next celebration! This Organic Brut Cider equally pairs well with seafood, lighter dishes & canapes.
You just never know where the experiments in the cider shed will lead, and that is half the fun! Initially a very limited release to pop at our cellar-door over Summer, however we have been persuaded otherwise, and will keep this as a year-round staple!
It’s floral nose, subtle watermelon notes, delicate bubble and pretty rose colour all shine through, with a medium finish that leaves your palate refreshed.

2020 saw an abundance of Yarlington Mill apples, a bitter-sweet variety that is famous in the apple growing regions of Somerset & Devonshire.
This is a medium-dry cider with soft, pleasant tannins and slight bitterness that you would expect from this apple. The stunning golden hues of this cider come from the skin colour of the apple, and really beckons to be poured into a champagne glass and enjoyed as an aperitivo before dinner.
