This fully fermented, dry cider matured in second year old Pinot Noir wine barrels for 8 months. It developed complex tannins, hints of oak and a palate that pairs beautifully with salty rich food.
This cider is un-carbonated & unfiltered, poured straight into the bottle from the barrel. This is not your commercial style cider, so keep an open mind! Drink and enjoy like a wine.
