This cider underwent open-fermentation with whole apple pomace and Shiraz grapes together. The juice was then aged for 12 months in oak barrel, giving it the most amazing depth and complexity! Expect lifted fruit aromas and a generous tannin structure from the grapes, that beautifully complements the apple cider base. This drink finishes medium-sweet and looks oh so stunning when poured into a glass!
