Throughout the year, our English style Tavern cellar-door offers a beautiful escape for those exploring our fantastic region. Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens our large courtyard has ample seating for the warmer months, lawn games & a bocce court. In winter we offer a cosy interior, board games & warm spiced cider.
Our cellar-door & bar is open daily for tastings, drinks & take away cider sales with no bookings required. We often reach capacity at lunchtime on weekends, so recommend coming prior to midday or after 2:30pm so we have the best chance of finding you a table.
Our very popular Cider Tasting Paddle is a must, and takes you through our core range of ciders plus a few seasonal offerings. Our drinks list also includes a number of local wines, beers & non-alcoholic options.
This Winter we will continue to offer casual lunchtime dining, with expanded kitchen opening hours now 7 days a week!

Our modest menu often boasts fresh, home-made items using local produce & our kitchen team always ensures that we have something gluten free, vegetarian & vegan on offer. Please note dietary requirements during the online booking process, or by responding to your booking confirmation email.

Easter School holidays: our kitchen will also open mid week, offering wood fired pizza for lunch daily between Friday 8th April and Monday 25th April.
25th April: Anzac Day – open from midday, lunch 12-3pm.
8th May: Mother’s Day; 3 lunch sittings across the day to choose from, groups welcome. For bookings of 10 or more please call or email us to organise the Feed Me lunch package.
21st May: Batlow Cider Festival, NSW – Daylesford Cider will be one of the many producers at this festival. Tickets.
13th June: Queen’s Birthday public holiday – trading as normal.
