Here at Daylesford Cider we produce a range of craft ciders made using the 17 varieties of English-heritage listed cider apples we grow organically here on the farm just outside Daylesford. We produce quite an impressive range of ciders, from those more traditional in style that are ‘still’ and almost bone-dry, some that are made from just one variety of cider apple, to other styles that are fuller fruited on the palate and fully carbonated.
We have proudly picked up a number of medals across our entire range of ciders and look forward to sharing these with you soon at our English-style tavern cellar-door.

“We started our weekend away and went here even before we got to our accomodation. What a way to start. From walking in greeted but the coolest dogs and a wood fire to the relaxed staff all too happy to talk through the menu. The size of the menu is not massive but I wish more places would try this system. Just have a few options and do it well. We ordered a selection to share and it was perfect. One of us on the table doesn’t really eat a lot of meat and we took a chance and ordered an oxtail ragu and braised pork dish. They loved them both. Great room and staff and simply the best way to kick off our weekend.”
