This single varietal cider is made from the heritage cider apple ‘Bulmer’s Norman’ grown organically on our farm. This cider apple is one of our favourite, and certainly brings fantastic depth, tannins and structure to this drink. The cider is a fantastic example of a traditional, medium cider, the category in which it won gold.
A delicious alternative to a light red wine with dinner, excellent with slightly fattier dishes, but just as wonderful on its own, served around 5’c.750ml
