Handcrafted using a range of our organically grown heritage apple varieties, our Brut Cider is top quality.
A cider of this quality and style is best suited to those that prefer a drier style and plenty of mouthfeel. In the context of champagne and other sparkling wines, the term “brut” denotes a specific level of sweetness. It indicates that the wine is dry, with minimal residual sugar. We reckon this terminology is spot on when we talk about our organic Brut Cider!
These high quality apple varieties were all picked by hand from our organic orchards, just outside of Daylesford itself. They bring a depth and complexity to cider that is often hard to achieve with regular eating apples. Therefore our Brut Cider has a lovely balance of tannins, bitterness & acidity. There is a textured mouthfeel at each sip and the flavours last long on the palate
We reckon this cider makes a fantastic alternative to sparkling wine. Available in the 750ml bottle, it is perfect to toast with at your next celebration! This Organic Brut Cider equally pairs well with seafood, lighter dishes & canapés.

I love this cider. It’s one of my go to ciders when I visit Daylesford cider. A dry drinking cider that has a crisp clean finish. Highly recommended.
