    Vintage Dry has been a long standing favourite cider that has been part of our core range for nearly 10 years. This year we have produced a fully organic award-winning blend. This cider is not quite bone-dry, with good tannins, bitterness and acidity, nicely backed up with tight carbonation to offer a thirst quenching finish.

    Brand new 2026 release – Same delicious wild oak cider blend, relying on wild fermented cider, heritage apples and yummy oak notes.
    Over the past 4 years, this style has received applause worthy recognition, including Best Australian Cider 2025.
    This cider was fermented using the naturally occurring yeast strains on the skin of the apple, then aged for a couple months with oak.     Expect a full bodied cider with good length and tannin structure enhanced by the oak characteristics. This cider finishes medium.
