Over the past 4 years, Wild Oak vintages have received applause worthy recognition, and we have high hopes for this next vintage.
This cider was fermented using the naturally occurring yeast strains on the skin of the apple, then aged for a couple months with oak. Expect a full bodied cider with good length and tannin structure enhanced by the oak characteristics. This cider finishes medium.330ml can
