received 4 Silver medals & 1 bronze at the Australian Cider Awards over the past 5 years – now that’s consistent!

Traditional Still craft cider, beloved for centuries, offers a rich taste of fermented apple juice without the fizz. Its smooth, un-carbonated texture enhances the natural flavours and complexities of our English-heritage apple varieties.

This authentic un-carbonated drink also has a huge appreciation by those who dislike gassiness. If you don’t love the over-carbonated, modern ciders, then this is the perfect alternative for you!
In fact cider has been traditionally made this way for 1000’s of years, similarly to wine. We recommend pairing it with a ploughman’s lunch or a decent cheese. At our cellar door we love to serve our Traditional Still craft cider alongside our Baked Brie with in-house apple chutney.

This cider is rich and well rounded, with a thoughtful balance t0 astringency, fruitiness and acidity.

It’s not just us who love this unique offering – it has received 4 Silver medals & 1 bronze in the Traditional Cider Category at the Australian Cider Awards over the past 6 years – now that’s consistent!

Don’t like it fizzy? Well you’re in the right place. You should try our alcoholic Spiced Cider and non alcoholic Spiced Apple as other great un-carbonated drink alternatives.

This is one of the most underrated ciders – to be considered as a wine really, just with different fruit.
Delicately handled, a soft finish to match and perfectly balanced palate.
