The soft floral aromas matched with honeyed watermelon notes are very enticing. On the palate we would describe it as a medium to medium-sweet finish. This is far from a sickly sweet offering – no sugar here.
The depth, complexity and acidity of our cider makes this drink well balance.
Lastly, look at that colour! Its pretty pink hues will shine when poured into a glass. We love to serve ours with a wedge of watermelon, perhaps some mint, and a chunk of ice.
