This one is for those that prefer their ciders sweeter and fruit driven. Do we add sugar? Absolutely not! This is 100% natural apple, no flavours needed. We often hear our guests raving about how our cider is not sickly sweet.
Did you know? Many large brand ciders are made from reconstituted juice + sugar + alcohol? Here at Daylesford Cider we do things the traditional way – by fermenting the juice of crushed apples.
Let’s not forget the importance of the quality fruit we use. Our cider maker Mackie crushes and ferments a selection of our English Heritage cider apples in his blends. It’s not just the Sweet Coppin apple that makes this cider award winning!
These apples bring acidity, astringency, depth and some character along.
Once poured into a glass, it’s golden hues shine through and its refreshing fizz makes it dangerously easy to drink. There is a reason this cider has been a staple of our core range for over 10 years. Good luck limiting yourself to just one!
