We are very excited to launch this brand new offering, the Kingston Black Quince cider. This single apple varietal cider has been crafted by Jon Mackie over 14 months, with most of its maturation taking place in oak barrel. This very limited cider release is one not to miss out on.
He was lucky to get his hands on a few bins of quinces in 2025. He felt that the blend of tangy quince with the legendary bitter-sharp Kingston Black apple would be an exceptional match.
Expect citrus aromas, soft tannins on the palate, a delicate sweetness and a very distinctive flavour. This superb cider has you palate jumping all over the place, with abundant flavours and texture. We are thrilled with the result of our Kingston Black Quince cider and look forward to sharing this refined cider with you.
