Over the past 4 years, this style has received applause worthy recognition, including Best Australian Cider 2025.
This cider was fermented using the naturally occurring yeast strains on the skin of the apple, then aged for a couple months with oak. Expect a full bodied cider with good length and tannin structure enhanced by the oak characteristics. This cider finishes medium.330ml can
